Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We greatly value our patients and are dedicated to ensuring access to the highest quality of care from our practitioners. To effectively manage scheduling and respect the time of all individuals, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please be aware that appointment times are specifically reserved for each patient and their provider, and any changes with short notice may prevent other patients from accessing timely care.

As a courtesy to both our patients and providers, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Additionally, a $50 deposit may be required to reschedule any such appointment.  Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be necessary to reschedule your appointment to avoid disruption to other patients. In such instances, a $50 deposit may also be required for rescheduling.

New clients are required to provide a one-time $50 deposit when scheduling their initial appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of services, provided our cancellation and rescheduling policy is followed. To assist in avoiding any potential fees, we send appointment reminders via text message and/or email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (We encourage you to confirm your contact information with our front desk.)

Please note that consultations are $50 and require prepayment for both new and existing clients. This prepayment will be applied to the total invoice if our policy is adhered to.
